Good health and what is Islamic concept ?

Health is the greatest blessing of Allah, but the greatest blessing, the very existence of man is health, according to Islamic teachings harmful health matters should be avoided, including eating more or sleeping more, or eating less or sleeping less, or limit being overworked, suffering from grief and mental distress, or engaging yourself in any activity that does not involve body movement, which leads to obesity, waking up at night, sleeping during the day are all detrimental to health. There are ten causes of death. Avoid such things and organize yourself,

For example:

sleeping at bedtime, eating at meal time, working at work, light exercise, walking, avoiding waking up at night, getting in the sun, these are all matters to be considered from Shariah point of view.

Allah Almighty instructed man:

"When I am sick, he heals me.”(Al Quran)

This shows that health is also a goal

In a Prohadith, phet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

"Your body has a right over you, and your eye has a right over you."

In another narration, he said: “There are two blessings like this. Most of the people are in loss and loss (Ie they do not take any work from them which is of religious benefit). One is health and the other is carefree. This shows that waking up too much and being completely hungry worsens the health and it will affect the human body and he will not be able to perform other duties.

In hygiene, food is the backbone, a balanced diet and moderate diet maintains a person's health, he develops properly and also develops the ability to work. In this regard, the Quran has summed up ancient medicine and modern medicine in just three sentences.

God's instruction is: "Eat, drink and do not go beyond the limits.”(Al Quran)

These are the three accepted principles in which no one disagrees, food and drink is the basic necessity of life, without it man cannot live, nor can he perform his duties in the best possible way, however in moderation. Getting a job is important for good health. Not eating, or overeating makes the human body sick, while overeating puts more burden on the stomach than it can handle, and gastrointestinal upset is the root cause of all diseases.

Cleanliness of home and environment and sophistication of temperament is also a major factor in health. Islam has demanded from human beings that their whole life should be clean and pure.

Allah says: “And Allah loves those who repent and purify themselves.” (Al Quran)

In a hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

“Purity is a part of faith” (Saheeh Muslim)

Paying further attention to this,

he said:(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)

“Allah is pure and clean and loves purity and cleanliness, is gracious and generous, loves kindness and generosity, therefore his house bar, courtyard (and street coaches). Keep it clean. ”(Al-Bazzaz per Masnada).

If a person wants to keep himself healthy and energetic, then he has to follow the methods prescribed by the Holy Prophet: Getting up early in the morning, brushing his teeth, eating when he is hungry, giving up food before filling his stomach (ie eating on an empty stomach), Eating a simple diet, walking after Fajr prayers in the morning, resting after lunch, taking a walk after dinner, washing hands before eating, drinking water in three breaths, sitting down drink, Eat well, clean plates, etc., wash hands thoroughly before and after meals, avoid intoxicants and unhealthy substances, etc.

There are many principles for staying healthy, but today modern science has proved that the principles and methods of staying healthy that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) taught are a beacon for man to come to the Day of Resurrection.
